Chu Yuejiang applied to the board of directors of the company to resign as secretary of the board of directors for personal reasons, and Chu Yuejiang will continue to serve as the executive deputy general manager of the company. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange and the articles of association, Mr. Chu Yuejiang’s resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
The announcement said that after Chu Yuejiang resigned, in order to ensure the normal work of the company’s board of directors, Wang Jinding, chairman of the company, will temporarily perform the duties of secretary of the board of directors. At the same time, the company’s board of directors will complete the selection and employment of secretary of the board of directors as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
