1、 Convening of board meeting

China Oilfield Services Limited(601808) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company” or ” China Oilfield Services Limited(601808) “) the first meeting of the board of directors in 2022 was held in Yanjiao, Hebei Province on January 21, 2022 by on-site combined with communication voting. The notice of the meeting shall be delivered to the directors in writing, fax and e-mail on January 14, 2022.
