The meeting was held in the conference room on the second floor of the company at 9:00 on January 21, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Song dewu, chairman of the board. According to the company’s business development needs, in order to optimize the company’s management structure, reduce management levels and reduce management costs, the company plans to absorb and merge the wholly-owned subsidiary Jilin aika Viscose Fiber Co., Ltd. This merger will further improve the operating efficiency, cope with the changing market competition, and consolidate and enhance the market competitiveness of viscose filament. This merger does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization as stipulated in the administrative measures for major asset reorganization of listed companies. This proposal does not need to be deliberated by the general meeting of shareholders.
