1、 During the period of self inspection of insider trading of stocks
The self-examination period for buying and selling City Development Environment Co.Ltd(000885) shares is: 6 months before the disclosure date of the plan for City Development Environment Co.Ltd(000885) share exchange, absorption and merger Tus Environmental Science And Technology Development Co.Ltd(000826) and raising supporting funds and related party transactions (Second Revision) (hereinafter referred to as “the plan (Second Revision)”) to the day before the disclosure of the plan (Second Revision) (i.e. July 22, 2021 to January 21, 2022, hereinafter referred to as “the plan”) “Self inspection period”).
2、 The situation and nature of insider trading of stocks in this transaction
The list of directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company is as follows:
1. Directors: Zhu Hongbing, Zhang Donghong, Liu zonghu, Chen Lan, Yang Dewei, Zhang Guoping, Xu Bulin, Cao Shengxin, Li Weizhen
2. Supervisors: Pan Guangtao, Li Yong, Zhou Xiaowu
3. Senior managers: Bai Yang, Su Changjiu, Yi Hua, Chen Yu, Yi Liqiang, Li Shuxin
Through self-examination, during the above-mentioned self-examination period, the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company did not buy, sell, hold City Development Environment Co.Ltd(000885) shares, disclose relevant information, suggest others to buy and sell City Development Environment Co.Ltd(000885) shares, market manipulation and other acts.
