Chongqing Gas Group Corporation Ltd(600917) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation report of Ren Qingyang, director of the company. Due to the adjustment of the company’s equity held by China Resources Yukang Asset Management Co., Ltd., Ren Qingyang applied to resign as a director of the company.
After Ren Qingyang’s resignation, the number of directors of the company is not lower than the legal minimum. Ren Qingyang’s resignation will take effect from the date when the board of directors of the company receives the resignation report.
