The price of the shares to be transferred is 14.99 yuan / share, and the total price of the shares to be transferred is 367479100.50 yuan.
In addition, xinhaixin investment signed a share transfer agreement with Su Huan, a natural person, on September 14, 2021, and plans to transfer 29417940 tradable shares of the company (accounting for 6% of the total share capital of the company) held by xinhaixin investment to Su Huan.
