Change the period of suspension of H-share transfer registration
Reference is made to the announcement on the voting results of the 2021 annual general meeting (the “announcement”) issued by Gf Securities Co.Ltd(000776) (the “company”) on May 20, 2022, which relates to (including) the suspension of the registration of the transfer of H shares for the final dividend of the year ended December 31, 2021. Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement. The company was originally scheduled to suspend the registration of the transfer of H shares from Thursday, May 26, 2022 to Tuesday, May 31, 2002 (including the first and last days) to determine the status of shareholders enjoying the final dividend of the year ended December 31, 2021. The board of directors of the company announced that the above-mentioned period of suspension of H-share transfer registration has been changed to Wednesday, June 8, 2022 to Monday, June 13, 2022 (including the first and last two days), and the H-share transfer registration of the company will not be handled during this period. The final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021 will be distributed to the H-share shareholders listed in the register of shareholders of the company on Monday, June 13, 2022. In order to enjoy the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2021, all shares together with the share transfer documents must be delivered to the company’s H-share share transfer registry, Hong Kong Central Securities Registration limited, shops 17121716, 17th floor, Hopewell centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong for registration on or before 4:30 pm on Tuesday, 7 June 2022.
