Gotion High-Tech Co.Ltd(002074) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the 18th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors was held on May 23, 2022 in the conference hall of the company at No. 566 Huayuan Avenue, Baohe District, Hefei City, Anhui Province. The notice of the meeting was delivered to all supervisors in the manner specified in the articles of association on May 23, 2022. Three supervisors should vote and three actually vote. The proposal of the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the relevant procedures of the company law of the people’s Republic of China were deliberated and adopted at the meeting as follows:
