This special action focuses on the three major tasks of improving the quality of trademark creation, enhancing the efficiency of trademark protection and improving the level of trademark supervision, and severely crack down on violations of the principle of good faith, public order and good customs, seeking illegitimate interests and disturbing the order of trademark registration. Carry out in-depth special actions for law enforcement and protection, continue to crack down on malicious trademark registration behaviors not for the purpose of use, and seriously deal with trademark registration behaviors suspected of significant adverse effects; Establish a joint disciplinary mechanism for intellectual property credit evaluation, integrity publicity and dishonesty, and effectively curb infringement, illegal and malicious registration in the field of trademarks; We will deepen the pilot reform of the approval and use of special geographical indications, and implement the list supervision of key geographical indications.
Since this year, Anhui's market supervision system has comprehensively strengthened the administrative protection of intellectual property rights and strictly enforced the administrative law of intellectual property rights. From January to April, 1085 intellectual property cases were investigated and dealt with, including 992 trademark cases; 549 intellectual property disputes were handled, the administrative mediation agreement for the first trademark infringement dispute in the province was confirmed by the court, and a substantive breakthrough was made in the connection and cooperation between intellectual property administrative protection and judicial protection.
