The company, Chinese funded medical and pharmaceutical emergency support platform Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chinese funded medical and pharmaceutical”) and other investors China Meheco Group Co.Ltd(600056) , China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd., Sinopharm Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Chinese funded Data Technology Co., Ltd Anzi Jienuo equity investment partnership (limited partnership) of Ningbo Meishan free trade port area jointly signed the capital increase agreement on Chinese funded medical and pharmaceutical emergency support platform Co., Ltd., and the company increased the capital of Chinese funded medical and pharmaceutical by RMB 12 million in cash. After the capital increase, the company’s shareholding in Chinese funded medical medicine is 8%.
