Shanghai Datun Energy Resources Co.Ltd(600508) the sixth meeting of the eighth session of the board of supervisors was held on May 20, 2022 in conference room 317, the annex building of the company’s administrative R & D center in the form of on-site + video. Three supervisors should be present at the meeting, but actually three. Mr. Wang Wenwen, chairman of the board of supervisors, attended the meeting through video. Mr. Yuan Hui and Ms. Luo Caiyun, supervisors, attended the meeting on site. The Secretary of the board of directors and securities affairs representative of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. Mr. Wang Wenwen, chairman of the board of supervisors, presided over the meeting, which was in line with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association.
The meeting deliberated and passed the following proposals and formed resolutions:
1、 The proposal on Amending the working (procedure) Rules of the board of supervisors of the company was deliberated and adopted.
Voting results: 3 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
The proposal shall be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation and approval.

2、 The proposal on nominating candidates for shareholders’ representative supervisors was deliberated and adopted.
Voting results: Mr. Zhang Feng was considered and determined as the candidate of shareholder representative supervisor of the eighth board of supervisors of the company;
3 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
After the above candidates for shareholder representative supervisors are elected and determined by the general meeting of shareholders, they will form the eighth board of supervisors together with the other three supervisors of the company. One shareholder representative supervisor is temporarily absent from the eighth board of supervisors. After the supervisor candidate is selected, it will be submitted to the board of supervisors and the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
