At present, the company is in good operation and stable financial condition. The company uses its own idle funds to participate in investment and establish venture capital fund, which is conducive to promoting the further development of the company's capital operation, conforms to the company's development strategy, and will not adversely affect the company's daily operation and management and the normal operation of the company's cash flow. The investment decision-making process complies with the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the source of self owned funds complies with the regulations, and there is no situation that damages the interests of the company and shareholders, especially small and medium-sized shareholders.
