The third board of directors of the company has been elected at the first extraordinary general meeting of 2022 held by the company on January 14, 2022 and officially took over the work of the second board of directors. For details, please refer to the announcement of resolutions of the first extraordinary general meeting of 2022 disclosed by the company on the same day. In view of the fact that the new board of directors of the company has just been established and the nomination of senior management candidates still needs time to be completed, in order to ensure the continuity of relevant work, the first meeting of the third board of directors of the company has considered and adopted the proposal on the extension of the term of office of senior managers, and decided to extend the term of office of senior managers. After relevant matters are determined, the company will timely promote the selection and employment of senior managers of the company, and timely fulfill the obligation of information disclosure. The postponement of the change of senior management of the company will not affect the normal operation of the company. Prior to the completion of the selection and employment of the new term, the current senior managers of the company will continue to perform their duties of diligence and responsibility in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws, regulations and the articles of association.
