The announcement shows that in 2021, Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) and its invested companies will achieve a sales amount of about 187.6 billion yuan and a real estate sales area of about 1997 million square meters. In addition, Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) agent real estate development project achieved an annual sales amount of about 2 billion yuan.
The announcement pointed out that in order to implement the company’s business strategy of “one stability, two reduction and three improvement”, Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) has continued to carry out special inventory reduction work, including parking space and tail room inventory since the third quarter of 2021. In December 2021, the sales amount of Jinke Property Group Co.Ltd(000656) and the invested companies was about 13.4 billion yuan, and the real estate sales area was about 1.9 million square meters.
