Announcement on the change of senior management of the company

Chinalin Securities Co.Ltd(002945) (hereinafter referred to as the company) the board of directors received a written resignation report from Mr. Wang Jianying, a member of the Executive Committee of the company, on May 17, 2022. Mr. Wang Jianying no longer served as a member of the Executive Committee of the company for personal reasons. According to relevant regulations, his resignation report shall take effect when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. After Mr. Wang Jianying resigned as a member of the Executive Committee of the company, he was appointed to another post. His resignation will not affect the normal development and progress of relevant businesses of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wang Jianying did not hold shares of the company.
