Announcement on the election of the chairman of the board of supervisors of the company

On May 18, 2022, Guangdong Piano Customized Furniture Co.Ltd(002853) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on by election of non employee representative supervisors and agreed to elect Ms. Lin Qisi as the non employee representative supervisor of the third board of supervisors of the company. The resignation application of Ms. Wang Zhen, the former chairman of the board of supervisors, will take effect after the by election of new supervisors at the company’s general meeting.
On the same day, the company held the ninth meeting of the third board of supervisors, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the election of the chairman of the third board of supervisors. After deliberation, it is agreed to elect Ms. Chen Liping, the current employee representative supervisor (see the appendix for her resume) as the chairman of the third session of the board of supervisors of the company. Her term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval at the ninth meeting of the third session of the board of supervisors of the company to the expiration of the term of office of the third session of the board of supervisors.
