All of them are new shares without transferring old shares. The issuer and the sponsor (lead underwriter) negotiated and determined that the number of shares to be issued this time is 20 million, and the issue price is 22.92 yuan / share. In this offering, 20 million shares were issued online, accounting for 100% of the total.
