According to the Civil Aviation Administration of China on May 18, the airspace structure adjustment plan of Beijing Guangzhou corridor will be officially implemented from May 19. On the evening of May 18, CAAC held a video conference on the implementation mobilization of Beijing’s vast channels to re mobilize and redeploy the implementation work. Lu erxue, deputy director of CAAC, attended the meeting and mobilized the implementation work.

Lu erxue pointed out that in the early stage, under the deployment requirements of the leading group for the implementation of the Beijing channel of the Civil Aviation Administration, all civil aviation units overcame difficulties, pressed forward, carried forward and practiced the spirit of contemporary civil aviation with excellent achievements, and laid a solid foundation for the completion of the Beijing channel on schedule. The construction of Beijing Guangzhou corridor is a key task determined by the Party group of the Civil Aviation Administration this year. It is an important measure to implement the overall working idea of “12334” of civil aviation during the 14th Five Year Plan period, accelerate the construction of world-class airport clusters in Beijing Tianjin Hebei and Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area, strive to serve, build a new development pattern and promote the high-quality development of civil aviation. Especially at a time when the industry is facing difficulties, the implementation of the Beijing Guangzhou channel coincides with the time. It is a major policy dividend of the industry, which is of great significance and obvious effect. Therefore, it is necessary to implement Feng Zhenglin’s instructions of the director general of the civil aviation bureau and create more smooth working conditions for the development and restoration of the civil aviation industry. On the one hand, all units should improve their political position, establish the bottom line thinking and limit thinking with the sense of responsibility of “always feel at ease”, pay high attention to the safe operation before and after the implementation of the scheme, and focus on key units, key posts and key links to ensure safety first and smooth operation; On the other hand, we should strengthen the organization and leadership, cooperate closely, strengthen the leadership responsibility, refine the work measures, strengthen the on-site management of the day, equip the on-site on duty forces, and pay close attention to the implementation of the scheme. In particular, to seize the window period with a small number of flights during the recent epidemic, all regional administrations, regional air traffic control bureaus, relevant airlines and airports should organize and implement the running in of the operation guarantee of the vast channels in Beijing, make up for the strengths and weaknesses, and lay a solid foundation for the large flow operation after the epidemic.

Lu erxue finally stressed that the construction of Beijing Guangzhou corridor is an important link to increase the supply of airspace resources and improve the overall support capacity of civil aviation. After the implementation of the plan, air traffic control, airports and airlines should jointly conduct post operation evaluation to provide constructive opinions and suggestions for further optimizing the airspace plan, improving operation efficiency and increasing flight capacity. The air traffic control system should further strengthen its mission, consciously stand at the height of serving the national strategy and the construction of a strong civil aviation country, accelerate the airspace optimization of major air channels such as Shanghai Kunming, Shanghai Guangzhou and Beijing Shanghai, and strive to make due contributions to the construction of a strong civil aviation country, strengthen the foundation of civil aviation, accumulate development momentum, and better serve the construction of a new development pattern.
