The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the contents of the announcement are consistent with the information provided by the information disclosure obligor Shanghai Lisheng Racing Co.Ltd(002858) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) disclosed the pre disclosure announcement on the reduction of shares of the company by shareholders holding more than 5% (Announcement No.: 2021069) on cninfo.com on October 11, 2021, Shanghai Saisai Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Saisai investment”) plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 3198516 shares of the company (accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital of the company) by block trading within 6 months after 3 trading days from the date of disclosure of the above announcement; Or reduce the holding of no more than 3198516 shares of the company (accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital of the company) by means of centralized bidding within 6 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the above announcement;
The company recently received the notification letter on the expiration of the specific share reduction plan of major shareholders issued by Saisai investment. As of April 29, 2022, the period of the reduction plan of Saisai investment has expired, with a total of 1973800 shares reduced, accounting for 1.23% of the total share capital of the company.
