In view of the audit results of YONGTUO accounting firm (special general partnership) on the company’s financial report in 2021 and the company’s operation in 2021, the situation that the company triggered the “delisting risk warning” in items (I) and (II) of article 9.3.7 of the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (revised in 2022) has been eliminated; The “other risk warning” that triggered items (II) and (VI) of article 9.8.5 has been eliminated. According to the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (revised in 2022), the company has not been subject to delisting risk warning as specified in article 9.3.1 or other risk warning as specified in article 9.8.1. In view of this, in accordance with articles 9.3.7 and 9.8.5 of the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (revised in 2022), the company plans to submit an application for canceling the “delisting risk warning” and “other risk warning” to Shenzhen Stock Exchange in accordance with article 9.3.8 from the date of disclosing the 2021 annual report. The company’s application for cancellation of delisting risk warning and other risk warnings still needs the approval of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It is uncertain whether it can obtain the approval of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Please pay attention to the investment risk.
