(hereinafter referred to as “Deshi shares”) and list on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “Shenzhen Stock Exchange”). According to the reply on Approving the registration of initial public offering of shares of Dezhou United Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. (zjxk [2021] No. 3595) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”), the CSRC agrees to the application for registration of initial public offering of shares of Deshi on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. On December 27, 2021, Deshi disclosed the letter of intent for initial public offering and listing on the gem, the announcement on preliminary inquiry and promotion of initial public offering and listing on the gem and other relevant announcements, On January 11, 2022, the announcement on the results of initial public offering and listing on GEM and the prospectus for initial public offering and listing on GEM were disclosed. On January 13, 2022, the company received a notice from Deshi shares that Deshi shares will be listed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on January 17, 2022. The securities are referred to as “Deshi shares” for short and the securities code is “301158”. So far, Deshi has completed its initial public offering.
