The board of directors of the company made a special explanation on the matters involved in the audit report with non-standard opinions. In accordance with the independent director rules of listed companies, the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 - standardized operation of listed companies on the main board and other relevant provisions, as independent directors of the company, we express our independent opinions as follows:
Based on its professional judgment, China Audit Asia Pacific Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) issued an audit report with no opinion on the company's 2021 financial statements. We understand and respect the professional opinion of the accountant, and agree with the special statement of the board of directors on the matters involved in the audit report with non-standard opinion, The measures taken or proposed to be taken by the board of directors are conducive to eliminating the matters involved in this audit report and its impact. We will continue to pay attention to and urge the board of directors and management of the company to implement corresponding measures until the matters leading to non-standard audit opinions are completely eliminated, the adverse impact of relevant matters on the company is completely solved, and the interests of the company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders, are effectively safeguarded.
