According to the National Film Fund Office, the film was released in Chinese mainland for 13 days at 24 January 12, 2022. The total box office revenue (i.e. the total box office of the movie) has exceeded RMB 755 million yuan (the final settlement data may be slightly error), exceeds the 50% of the consolidated financial statements of the company’s latest accounting year.
According to article 4.4.5 of the guidelines for self discipline supervision of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 4 – gem industry information disclosure: “After the release of the films produced or distributed by the listed company, when the cumulative box office revenue exceeds 50% of the operating revenue of the audited consolidated financial statements of the company in the latest fiscal year for the first time, it shall be disclosed in time after knowing the above box office revenue information”, the company issued this announcement.
