Zijin Mining Group Company Limited(601899) : it is proposed to acquire assets such as 70% equity of lagoco Salt Lake Lithium mine with RMB 7.682 billion

Zijin Mining Group Company Limited(601899) april 29 announced that it signed a cooperation agreement with Dunan Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dunan group”) and China Zheshang Bank Co.Ltd(601916) Hangzhou branch. The company plans to invest in the acquisition of four asset packages under Dunan group (including 70% equity of arila guocuo Salt Lake Lithium mine in Tibet) at a price of 7.682 billion yuan.
