In recent years, the problem of insufficient energy supply during UAV intelligent scheduling and operation research has become a major problem restricting the long-distance and long-time emergency rescue of UAV clusters. In this regard, the R & D team of the second Department of the second Institute has gathered intelligence to tackle key problems and developed a continuous energy artifact based on wireless energy transmission, which is committed to solving the problems of long-distance and long-time emergency rescue of UAV clusters and wireless charging intelligent scheduling of UAV clusters during material delivery.

According to Zhang weipan, the designer of the second Department of the second Institute, the product uses the principle of magnetic coupling resonance wireless energy transmission and path planning, which is similar to a “honeycomb charging treasure”. By building a multi-objective, multi-directional, high-power and large angle omni-directional wireless charging system, it realizes the function of wireless charging intelligent scheduling of cluster aircraft, and can effectively solve the long-distance and long-time emergency rescue The UAV cluster cannot be deployed quickly during material delivery. Laboratory data show that the transmission power of this technology reaches the level of 100 kilowatts, which is suitable for various types of unmanned aerial vehicles. Under the guidance of intelligent scheduling, it can realize 24-hour uninterrupted transportation and rescue work.

Previously, when conducting cable drawing, aerospace designers needed several designers to work together, draw cable outline drawing and wiring diagram bit by bit with drawing software, and then make manual statistics and fill in various reports. They also needed to invest a lot of manpower to check and modify the drawings and reports.

The R & D team of the second Department of the second institute took the cable as the starting point, innovated the cable design method, built the ECIM electrical cable intelligent manufacturing platform based on Internet thinking, and realized the leap of cable design from “manual” to “automatic”, from “two-dimensional” to “three-dimensional”, and from “single point” to “collaboration”. The utility model solves the problem that the efficiency of the cable design of the electrical designer is low and the design quality cannot be completely guaranteed. “The accuracy of one-time design reaches 100%, the design efficiency is increased by 5 times, and the development cost is reduced by 30%”. Guo Wei, the designer of the second Department of the second Institute, explained the advantages of the platform with a set of data.

With its whole process solution from design to production and manufacturing, ECIM electrical cable intelligent manufacturing platform has been gradually applied to the general research and development of cable manufacturing in aviation, shipping, rail transit, electric power, petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, which has promoted the transformation and upgrading of electrical cable intelligent manufacturing industry and created good economic benefits.
