Drones are standard! During busy farming hours, UAV maintenance personnel earn nearly 30000 yuan a month

With the opening of the curtain of agricultural mechanization and intellectualization, owning a UAV has become the standard configuration of "new farmers". However, the operation, assembly, maintenance and other "one-stop" services of UAV need professional technicians to operate. New occupations such as UAV driver and UAV assembly, adjustment and maintenance worker came into being. In Lu\'an, Anhui Province, twin brothers Wang youyue and Wang Youfei operate a UAV maintenance point, covering seven districts and counties of Lu\'an. In the past year or two, more and more local farmers have used UAVs. During the slack season, they have to repair at least thirty or four UAVs every day. During the busy season, they have to repair more than thirty UAVs a day, and their monthly income can reach twenty or thirty thousand yuan. At the end of a year, the average monthly income is about ten thousand yuan. For the 22-year-old Wang youyue brothers, this income exceeds that of many of their peers. According to the analysis report on the employment boom of UAV installation, commissioning and maintenance workers released by the Ministry of human resources and social security, by 2025, the output value of civil UAVs in China will reach 180 billion yuan. With the continuous expansion of UAV applications in forest fire fighting, logistics and transportation, surveying and mapping, agriculture, forestry and plant protection, it is expected that the demand for UAV installation, commissioning and maintenance workers will be 3.5 million in the next three to five years.
