According to the website of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, on April 29, the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas signed a cooperation framework agreement with Petrochina Company Limited(601857) Natural Gas Group Co., Ltd. and Petrochina Company Limited(601857) Chemical Group Co., Ltd. in Beijing to give priority and preferential protection to the oil used in agricultural machinery operation.
The agreement clearly stipulates that the three parties will cooperate around ensuring priority use of oil, implementing preferential refueling, providing high-quality services, helping to save costs, increase efficiency and provide precise assistance. PetroChina and Sinopec have formulated preferential and guaranteed oil supply schemes for agricultural machinery operation in important agricultural time, one place and one policy. When the market supply is tight, they can fully ensure the oil demand for agricultural machinery operation; Agricultural machinery operators who hold legal and valid agricultural machinery licenses for refueling shall be given certain preferential treatment in busy agricultural seasons, and carry out oil delivery service to the field in periods and areas with tight agricultural time and concentrated consumption. At the same time, the grass-roots outlets of PetroChina and SINOPEC are used to strengthen the supply and distribution of fertilizer, urea, seeds and other production materials, broaden the “Internet +” Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) . The Ministry of agriculture and rural areas will organize local agricultural and rural departments to strengthen docking, provide information such as agricultural conditions, machine licenses, operation progress and oil demand, and cooperate with the two enterprises to ensure the supply of oil for agricultural machinery.
Next, the three parties will establish a work promotion mechanism, deploy local detailed and practical work measures, and jointly promote the implementation and effectiveness of cooperation matters as soon as possible.
