On April 28, the talent work conference of Changsha Municipal Party committee was held. At the meeting, several policies of Changsha City striving to create a national platform for attracting and gathering talents (for Trial Implementation) were issued, and the “upgraded 45 articles” of Changsha talent policy were officially launched.
Among them, the talent policy encourages enterprises to go public for development. The chairman or general manager of an A-share listed company with a market value of 50 billion yuan, 10 billion yuan and 1 billion yuan in the previous year can be directly recognized as class A, B and C high-level talents respectively. On April 19, the Hunan provincial Party committee’s implementation of the strategy of “strengthening the provincial capital” and the promotion meeting of the construction of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan metropolitan area were held in Changsha.
