The board of supervisors of Yonker Environmental Protection Co.Ltd(300187) (hereinafter referred to as "the company") sent the notice of the first extraordinary meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors in 2022 to all supervisors by telephone, fax or e-mail on January 10, 2022, and the meeting was held by means of communication voting on January 12, 2022. There were 3 supervisors who should attend the meeting and 3 supervisors who actually attended the meeting.

After resigning from the above position, Mr. Ding Shuaijun will no longer hold any position in the company.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the controlling shareholder of the company, Hunan Yongqing environmental science and Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd., nominated Ms. Zou Fengming as the candidate for non employee representative supervisor of the Fifth Board of supervisors of the company. Ms. Zou Fengming's qualifications meet the qualifications and conditions of the company law, the articles of association and other relevant supervisors. The board of supervisors of the company agreed to elect Ms. Zou Fengming as the supervisor of the Fifth Board of supervisors of the company and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval of the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the Fifth Board of supervisors. This proposal shall be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
