After discussion and communication with the annual audit accountant, we express the following opinions on the special description of the matters involved in the audit report with qualified opinions:
We unanimously agree with the special instructions of the board of directors on matters involved in the company’s 2021 qualified opinion audit report prepared by the board of directors of the company. The statement is in line with the actual situation of the company, and the specific measures taken to eliminate relevant matters and their impact are feasible. At the same time, we will continue to pay attention to and supervise the implementation of corresponding measures by the board of directors and management of the company, eliminate the impact of the above matters on the company as soon as possible, better promote the development of the company and safeguard the interests of investors.
