The partnership entrusted Anhe capital management, with a scale of 651 million yuan, of which the company subscribed 300 million yuan, accounting for 46.08%, and is the largest shareholder.
It is reported that China Chang’an is the controlling shareholder of Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited(000625) and Nanfang assets is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Ordnance Equipment Group Co., Ltd., the actual controller of the company. Therefore, the above transactions constitute related party transactions.
According to the announcement, the duration of the above PE is 8 years, including an investment period of 5 years and an exit period of 3 years, which can be extended with the unanimous consent of all partners. In terms of investment direction, it will mainly focus on the core forward-looking fields (chips, maps, algorithms, etc.) of intelligent networked vehicles, and take into account the core fields such as new energy batteries, electric drives, electronic control, high-efficiency motors, power control of key components, chassis electronic control, etc.
Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited(000625) said that the purpose of initiating the establishment of the above PE is to seize the development opportunities of the automotive industry, invest in projects in emerging automotive fields and obtain capital appreciation. The capital source of this investment is its own capital, which will not have a significant impact on the company’s financial status and daily production and operation in the short term. In the long term, it can provide support for the company’s market-oriented layout, forward-looking areas, ensure the supply security of the industrial chain, and help the transformation and development of the main business.
