1、 Please explain the latest estimated net profit attributable to the parent company in 2021, net profit attributable to the parent company after deduction and its specific composition, and check whether the calculation of non recurring profit and loss is accurate, whether there are errors and omissions, and whether it meets the requirements of relevant rules according to the explanatory announcement No. 1 on information disclosure of companies offering securities to the public – non recurring profit and loss. At present, the company expects the net profit attributable to the parent company in 2021 to be -1987400 yuan, including non recurring profit and loss of 2201000 yuan. After deducting non recurring profit and loss, the net profit attributable to the parent company in 2021 is -4188400 yuan. Compared with the company’s previous performance forecast, there is a difference between the deduction of non attributable net profit of 2.7 million yuan to 3.1 million yuan and the deduction of non attributable net profit of 1.5 million yuan to 1.9 million yuan in 2021.

In order to reduce the adverse impact of the epidemic, the company actively developed new businesses. In 2021, the company added Baijiu and moon cake sales business. After many discussions and market research, the company contacted potential customers in many ways, actively implemented procurement, sales and other work, and the sales of relevant businesses reached the expected goal.
(I) Baijiu sales
1. Overall situation
In 2020, the company noticed that Maotai flavor Baijiu was in a period of rising value, so it purchased 1.9564 million yuan of Baijiu as a reserve in the second half of 2020. As the hotel industry was greatly affected by the epidemic, in order to reduce the impact of the epidemic on the hotel, in March 2021, the company sold the Baijiu inventory to Haikou XinDeCheng construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., and confirmed a revenue of 2.4622 million yuan, accounting for 8.13%, The gross sales profit was 726500 yuan. The sales price of Baijiu was mainly determined by referring to the manufacturer’s sales guidance price and the sales prices of JD mall, Taobao and the local market, which was in line with the local sales price level of the same product market, and the transaction price was fair.
