On the evening of April 25, Shandong Ruifeng Chemical Co.Ltd(300243) announced that the company plans to build a new project with an annual output of 60000 tons of MBS impact modifier and engineering plastic additives, with an investment amount of no more than 350 million yuan. The main products of the project are MBS impact modifier and ABS high rubber powder, ASA high rubber powder and other polymer material additives for engineering plastic additives. The above production lines can meet the requirements of several types of products.
The announcement said that the investment in this project is based on the company’s research and development of polymer materials with core-shell structure for many years, which is conducive to enriching the product structure, promoting transformation and upgrading, realizing import substitution, further consolidating and improving the company’s industry status and profitability, and in line with the long-term interests of the company and shareholders. The construction period of the project is 18 months, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation before December 31, 2023 (the final situation shall be subject to the actual construction). After the project reaches full capacity and efficiency, it is expected to realize an annual operating income of 1 billion yuan and profit and tax of 100 million yuan.
