Gao Zhun will serve as CFO and has participated in the IPO of many Chinese technology companies

On April 25, Liang Rubo, CEO of byte beat, announced in an internal letter that Julie Gao, senior partner of Skadden, the world's top law firm, would join byte beat as chief financial officer (CFO), whose main offices are in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Liang Rubo said in the letter that since 2016, gaozhun has cooperated with the acquisition and financing projects for many times, and is familiar with the company's mission, culture, team and business. "Julie has a lot of experience and Thinking on corporate governance and enterprise development, and has provided consultation and help to many companies at different stages. I believe her joining will bring great help to the company.".

The partner was a member of the international law firm's policy management committee.

Statistics show that gaozhun has provided legal services for the listing and other capital market financing projects of more than 100 companies, including meituan, jd.com, pinduoduo, Xiaomi, etc. She also provides legal services for many M & A and private placement projects, including Baidu, Baidu, etc.

In 2003, she participated in Ctrip's IPO and provided legal advisory services for its listing. This is the first Chinese company IPO project she participated in.

In 2009, Gao Zhun joined Shida international law firm as a partner. In 2018, Chinese enterprises ushered in the wave of listing. Gaozhun participated in the IPO of many Chinese technology companies, covering 7 of the top 10 IPO in the industry that year.
