Announcement on applying for credit line from bank
The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
In 2021, the applied credit line of the company approved by the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders was 7.54 billion yuan, and the actual credit line of commercial banks was 6.84 billion yuan. By the end of 2021, the company had actually used a bank credit line of 780 million yuan, mainly for issuing bank acceptance bills. In order to continue the business cooperation with major commercial banks and ensure the capital needs of the company’s production, operation and business development, the company and its subsidiaries plan to apply to the bank for a comprehensive credit line of 10.1 billion yuan with a credit term of one year. The details are as follows:
1. The company plans to apply to China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(600016) for a credit line of 1.5 billion yuan; It plans to apply to Huarong Xiangjiang bank for a credit line of 1.2 billion yuan; It is proposed to apply to Industrial Bank Co.Ltd(601166) for a credit line of 1.1 billion yuan; It is proposed to apply to China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) for a credit line of 1.1 billion yuan; It is proposed to apply to China Everbright Bank Company Limited Co.Ltd(601818) for a credit line of 1 billion yuan; It is proposed to apply to Bank Of China Limited(601988) for a credit line of 800 million yuan; It is proposed to apply to Bank Of Communications Co.Ltd(601328) for a credit line of 450 million yuan; It is proposed to apply to HSBC for a credit line of 300 million yuan.

3. Mango film and Television Culture Co., Ltd. plans to apply to Bank Of Changsha Co.Ltd(601577) for a credit line of 150 million yuan; It is proposed to apply to China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) for a credit line of 150 million yuan.
4. Hunan mango car home Auto Sales Co., Ltd. plans to apply to Bank Of Changsha Co.Ltd(601577) for a credit line of 40 million yuan; It is proposed to apply to Bank Of Beijing Co.Ltd(601169) for a credit line of RMB 10 million.
The credit applied to the above banks shall be subject to the actual approval of each bank. The credit line is not equal to the actual financing amount of the company. The actual financing amount shall be within the credit line, and the actual financing amount between the bank and the company shall prevail.
This proposal shall be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation, and the general meeting of shareholders shall authorize the management of the company to sign the legal documents related to the above credit within the credit line, which shall be organized, implemented and managed by the financial department of the company or its subsidiaries.
