The seventh meeting of the third board of supervisors of Hunan Jiudian Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(300705) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held in the company’s conference room on January 11, 2022 in the form of on-site meeting, and the meeting notice was delivered by mail on January 8, 2022.
