According to the general requirements of building a national first-class engineering technology industry group, the “14th five year plan” development plan of the group company was prepared. “Planning” comprehensively summarizes the achievements and experience of the group since its establishment, and scientifically plans the development direction and path. On the basis of objectively analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced and systematically combing the existing business scope, the group has defined the positioning, industrial layout, development objectives and major reform tasks of the group, put forward the construction contents and development objectives of market development, capital operation, scientific and technological innovation, digital technology, quality and credit, talent team, system and mechanism, Party construction and corporate culture, and studied and formulated development measures, Provide strategic guidance for the high-quality development of the group company and better serve the economic and social development of the whole province.

Strengthen the investigation, inspection and supervision of subsidiaries to provide scientific basis for the decision-making of the group company. Strengthen the docking and learning exchanges between local enterprises. Organized and prepared three feasibility study reports of “Engineering Testing Center, whole process engineering consulting service capacity improvement project, comprehensive management, R & D and informatization capacity improvement project”, which served the construction of Lanzhou New Area Engineering Testing and R & D center project. The planned construction of Lanzhou New Area Engineering Testing and R & D center project will create conditions and lay a foundation for the cultivation and R & D capacity improvement of new businesses such as testing and identification, scientific experiment, comprehensive consulting, ecological environmental protection and digital technology of the group company, promote the internal resource integration, business integration and value chain extension of the group company, and create a new growth engine.
The large and medium-sized projects undertaken by subsidiaries have been smoothly promoted, the general contracting and whole process engineering consulting business have developed steadily, and have been extended and transformed to the whole industrial chain. The group won 26 EPC projects, with a bid winning amount of 1.757 billion yuan. 24 contracts were signed, with a contract signing amount of 1.29 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.32%. Six whole process engineering consulting projects were contracted, with a contract amount of 810946 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.2%.

The “research project on crop water-saving mechanism and irrigation mode under film drip irrigation and micro moist irrigation” of hydropower design institute won the second prize of provincial scientific and technological progress, the “application test and technical standard research of new pile in collapsible loess and earthquake area and complex foundation” of civil engineering institute won the third prize of provincial scientific and technological progress, and the “Gansu science and Technology Museum” of Architectural Design Institute “Lanzhou Jianyan building green intelligent scientific research complex building reconstruction project” won the third prize of “National Green Building Innovation Award” respectively. The group has obtained 1 invention patent, 1 design, 31 utility model patents and 30 software copyright registrations.
