Letter of commitment to obtain the qualification certificate of independent director
According to the resolution of the 13th meeting of the 8th board of directors held by Beingmate Co.Ltd(002570) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) on January 10, 2022 and the announcement on the notice of convening the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022, I am nominated as the candidate for independent director of the 8th board of directors of the company. As of the date of issuing the notice of the general meeting of shareholders, I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In order to better perform the duties of independent directors, I promise as follows:
I will actively participate in the latest independent director training organized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange and promise to obtain the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
