The meeting was held in conference room 4003, floor 40, building Gf Securities Co.Ltd(000776) , No. 26 Machang Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou on January 10, 2022. There are 5 supervisors who should attend this meeting of the board of supervisors, and 5 actually attended. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law and other relevant regulations and the articles of association.

The appointment shall take effect from the date when the proposal is considered and approved by the board of supervisors to the date when the board of supervisors elects the chairman of the board of supervisors.
The above proposals have 5 affirmative votes, 0 negative votes and 0 abstention votes.
