The term of office of the seventh board of supervisors of the company expired. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors of the company, according to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, the company held the staff meeting of the company in the conference room on the afternoon of April 15, 2022. According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, it is unanimously agreed to elect Ms. Zhai Dongfeng, Mr. Wang minbang and Mr. Zhang Ming as the employee representative supervisors of the eighth board of supervisors of the company. Ms. Zhai Dongfeng, Mr. Wang minbang and Mr. Zhang Ming will form the eighth board of supervisors of the company together with two non employee representative supervisors elected by the general meeting of shareholders of the company, and the term of office of the eighth board of supervisors will expire. The above employee representative supervisors meet the qualifications and conditions of supervisors in the company law, the articles of association and other laws and regulations. The number of supervisors who have served as directors or senior managers of the company in the last two years does not exceed half of the total number of supervisors of the company; The number of supervisors nominated by a single shareholder does not exceed half of the total number of supervisors of the company.
