Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co.Ltd(002497) relevant person in charge told the financial associated press that the company acquired 60% equity of the wholly-owned subsidiary of ultra lithium company, and the first phase of the lithium concentrate mining and dressing plant with an annual lithium oxide of 200000 tons and 6% is expected to be put into operation in 2024.
