We have been entrusted to audit the financial statements of Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) (hereinafter referred to as ” Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) “) in 2021, including the consolidated and parent company’s balance sheet as of December 31, 2021, the consolidated and parent company’s income statement, consolidated and parent company’s cash flow statement, consolidated and parent company’s statement of changes in owner’s equity and notes to relevant financial statements, And issued the audit report on April 15, 2022 (Report No.: Zhong Zheng Tian Tong [2022] Zheng Shen Zi No. 0400009).
According to the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (revised in 2022) (hereinafter referred to as the “Listing Rules”), the Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) management has prepared the attached table of Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) 2021 annual operating income deduction (hereinafter referred to as the table of operating income deduction). It is the responsibility of Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) management to prepare and disclose the statement of deduction of operating income in accordance with the listing rules and ensure its authenticity, accuracy and completeness.
We checked the information contained in the statement of operating income deduction with the accounting data and relevant contents of the audited financial statements when we audited the financial statements of Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) 2021, and found no inconsistency in all major aspects. We believe that the deduction of operating income in Utour Group Co.Ltd(002707) 2021 complies with the relevant provisions of the listing rules.
