Shanghai Golden Union Commercial Management Co.Ltd(603682) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of supervisors recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Lu Jingwei, the chairman of the board of supervisors. Ms. Lu Jingwei applied for resignation as a supervisor for personal reasons. Ms. Lu Jingwei’s resignation as a supervisor will cause the number of members of the board of supervisors to be lower than the legal minimum. The company will add new members of the board of supervisors in accordance with the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions. Ms. Lu Jingwei’s resignation report shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of supervisors of the company.

Upon nomination and recommendation by the controlling shareholder of the company, Shanghai Jinhe Investment Group Co., Ltd., Ms. Jiang Yuping is nominated as a member of the Fourth Board of supervisors, with a term of office from the eighth meeting of the Fourth Board of supervisors to the expiration date of the Fourth Board of supervisors. This matter needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
