The term of office of the second board of supervisors of Guangzhou Fangbang Electronics Co.Ltd(688020) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has expired. In accordance with the company law, the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange’s science and innovation board, the guidelines for the application of self regulatory rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange’s science and innovation board listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the company held a staff congress on Sunday, January 9, 2022. The meeting was voted by all staff representatives attending the meeting, It is unanimously agreed to elect Ms. Zhang Meijuan as the employee representative supervisor of the third board of supervisors of the company (see Annex for resume).
The third board of supervisors of the company consists of three supervisors. The employee representative supervisor elected by the employee congress will form the third board of supervisors of the company together with the other two shareholder representative supervisors elected by the first extraordinary general meeting of the company in 2022, Yu Jianguo and Cui Chengqiang, whose term of office expires on the expiration of the third board of supervisors of the company.
