From the perspective of regional layout, from January to March, 37 service outsourcing demonstration cities in China undertook a total of 238.8 billion yuan of offshore service outsourcing contracts and 157.6 billion yuan of implementation, accounting for 90.2% and 91.2% of the national total respectively. The contract value of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by the Yangtze River Delta was 120.3 billion yuan and the executed value was 91.5 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 11.6% and 17.7% respectively, accounting for 45.4% and 52.9% of the national total.
From the perspective of the international market, from January to March, China's implementation of offshore service outsourcing in Hong Kong, the United States and the European Union were 42.4 billion yuan, 34.9 billion yuan and 22.3 billion yuan respectively, accounting for 57.6% of China's implementation of offshore service outsourcing. China undertook 38.2 billion yuan of offshore service outsourcing from RCEP member countries, with a year-on-year increase of 3.2%, accounting for 22.1% of China's offshore service outsourcing.
From the perspective of enterprise nature, from January to March, the implementation amount of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by private enterprises was 50.5 billion yuan, accounting for 29.2% of the country, with a year-on-year increase of 42.9%, 30.8 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate. The implementation amount of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by foreign-invested enterprises is 80.1 billion yuan, accounting for 46.4% of the country.
From the perspective of employment absorption, by the end of March 2022, China's service outsourcing had absorbed 14.22 million employees, including 9.15 million with college degree or above, accounting for 64.3%. From January to March, there were 260000 new employees in service outsourcing, with a year-on-year increase of 13.1%, including 170000 with university degree or above, accounting for 64.7%.
