Changshu Tianyin Electromechanical Co.Ltd(300342) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on applying for comprehensive credit line from the bank at the 20th meeting of the 4th board of directors held on April 8, 2022. According to the company law, the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, this matter is within the approval authority of the board of directors of the company and does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation. 1、 Basic information of applying for bank credit line
In order to meet the needs of the company’s production, operation and business development, ensure sufficient funds and improve production and operation efficiency, the company plans to apply to the bank for a comprehensive credit line with a total amount of no more than 720 million yuan. The credit line is used to handle short-term working capital loans, bank acceptances, various guarantees, letters of credit, bill discount and other businesses required for daily production and operation. The application period of the above comprehensive credit line is valid within 1 year from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors. At the same time, in order to improve work efficiency and ensure the timeliness of business procedures, within the scope of the comprehensive credit line, the board of directors of the company authorizes the general manager or the authorized person designated by the general manager to exercise the decision-making power of specific operations within the scope of the above line, and sign relevant contracts, agreements, vouchers and other legal documents.
