The China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(600016) 18 billion shares held by oceanwide group were frozen

China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(600016) Hong Kong stocks announced that due to the dispute over bond trading, the Beijing Financial court had to wait for the freezing of 1.7996 billion A-Shares held by oceanwide group. The waiting freeze starts from the date when it is officially frozen to the date when the 36 month period expires. Oceanwide group and its persons acting in concert have accumulated 1410782617 shares marked by the judiciary, accounting for 55.23% of its China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(600016) shares and 3.22% of the bank’s total share capital.
