the annual report released by Joyoung Co.Ltd(002242) shows that in 2021, the company achieved an operating revenue of 10.54 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to the parent company of 746 million yuan, with a year-on-year decline. The gross profit margin of the company in the home appliance industry was 27.44%, down 3.84% year-on-year.
Joyoung Co.Ltd(002242) financial director Kan Jiangang said that under the influence of the new income standard, the company transferred the freight to the main business cost, which affected the gross profit margin. Under the same caliber, the company’s gross profit margin fluctuates little.
Yang Ningning said that in 2021, the company stabilized the level of gross profit margin by launching new products, adjusting product structure and locking raw materials. Excluding the impact of new income standards, the company’s gross profit was basically the same as that of last year.
For the raw materials of household appliances still under pressure in 2022, Kan Jiangang said that the company mainly adopts centralized procurement and locking materials to offset the negative impact of the rising cost of raw materials, and constantly optimize the product structure.
