We are entrusted to audit the consolidated balance sheet of Honz Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(300086) (hereinafter referred to as ” Honz Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(300086) “) on December 31, 2021, the consolidated profit statement, consolidated cash flow statement, consolidated statement of changes in shareholders’ equity and notes to financial statements of the company in 2021, The summary of non special operating funds and other related funds (hereinafter referred to as “2021”) is reviewed. In accordance with the provisions of the regulatory guidelines for listed companies No. 8 – regulatory requirements for capital transactions and external guarantees of listed companies issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, it is the responsibility of Honz Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(300086) management to prepare and disclose the summary sheet and provide true, legal and complete audit evidence.
