In view of the pledge of 100 million yuan certificates of deposit provided by Guangzhou Amethystum Storage Technology Co.Ltd(688086) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangzhou Amethyst”) to the Bank of Guangzhou, the company reported the case to the Donghuan police station of Panyu District, Guangzhou on March 14, 2022, and is still in the process of filing and review. Guangzhou Amethyst, a subsidiary, filed a lawsuit against Huizhou Branch of Bank of Guangzhou on March 28, 2022, and received the notice of case acceptance (2022) Yue 1302 min Chu No. 8604 served by Huicheng District Court on March 31, 2022. So far, the case has been accepted and has not yet been heard. For the pledge of 120 million yuan certificates of deposit provided by Meizhou Jingkai Technology Co., Ltd.
